`While Mr. Caldwell is not admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent Office, he
`
`has an electrical engineering degree and has extensive patent litigation experience
`
`in the arts of mechanical engineering and oil and gas technology. Mr. Caldwell’s
`
`other qualifications, as required for pro hac vice admission, are stated in the
`
`attached Declaration of Mr. Caldwell.

`Petitioner has indicated that it would not object to the pro hac vice
`
`admissions of Mr. Caldwell.
