`joined in case 15 C 799, Rosetta-Wireless Corp. v. Apple Inc. et al, and were dismissed with leave to
`file new cases; and

`It further appearing plaintiff designated the new cases as refilings and they were assigned
`directly to the calendar of the Hon. Joan H. Lefkow instead of randomly; therefore

`It is hereby ordered that the Clerk of Court is to randomly reassign the cases listed below to
`other judges and randomly designate a magistrate judge in each case.
