`So just for clarification, we don't -- Rosetta doesn't
`need to file a separate motion for reassignment, the motion for
`consolidation will sort of encompass the reassignment to your

`THE COURT: Right. I don't -- did you notice that

` 12 motion up for today? I heard about it, but I haven't seen it.
`MR. ZAHEER: The consolidation motion is noticed for

`MR. DESAI: Well, the only thing, your Honor, I'm not
