`Production Inflatable - BULLDOG™ HD Inflate
`
`BULLDOG HD inflatable packers are a tough new breed of inflatable
`packers that provide reliable, consistent isolation protection and
`security, even under the extreme forces of fracing a well.
`
`Features/Benefits
`(cid:129) The discontinuous-rib element provides superior openhole
`
`isolation by expanding up to 3 5 times its original diameter toisolation by expanding up to 3.5 times its original diameter to
`conform to borehole irregularities and provide total contact with
`the formation.
`
`(cid:129) The protective seal shield prevents premature element expansion
`during run-in.

`Swellable Packer – What Is It?
`
`(cid:129) A rubber that swells when immersed in well fluids (water, hydrocarbon, or
`mixture of both)
`
`(cid:129) Rubber volume increases proportionally as liquid diffuses into rubber
`
`(cid:129) Swell time and volume can be controlled
`
`Benefits of swellables
`
`– Will swell into over-sized or odd shape holesWill swell into over sized or odd shape holes
`– As long as there is activation fluid, it will continue to re-seal
`– There are no mechanical parts
`– Simply place in the string where needed
`– Saves money on personnel

`ZoneSelect™ Sleeves - Monobore
`
`The Monobore sleeve is designed to be open and closed with
`shifting tools rather than with a dropped ball. By utilizing shifting
`tools there is no restriction from the ball seats, thus eliminating the
`maximum number that can be run together.
`
`Features / Benefits

`(cid:129) Optional composite cover over the ports protects the sleeve if it is

`ZoneSelect™ – Actual results on flowing back

`(cid:129) Each of the 8 zones of the 4-1/2” tight gas well was stimulated with 100T of
`sand at a rate of 21 bpm. The balls were landed at 11 bpm.
`
`(cid:129) The seats and remaining balls were milled out with 2-7/8” coil

`A composite skin covers the ports to keep free of cement.
`A garage is used to reduce the possibility of sand in the
`HWB shifting tool
`
`Once the liner hanger is set, the cement is pumped
`through the tubing out the shoe. The wiper plugs
`used during cementing will not open the sleeves
`since all sleeves move down to close. Two hydraulic
`Weatherford (HWB) shifting tools are utilized to
`selectively open and close the sleeves before and
`after the fractures.

`collapse. The shifting tool is pulled into a
`“garage” above the Liner Hanger.
`Typically the “garage” is installed in the
`vertical section of the well to help minimize
`cement and proppant from collecting in the
`larger ID.

`Operational Sequence
`
`After the shifting tool is “parked”, the frac is pumped into the open zone
`
`After the Frac is complete close the ZoneSelect Frac Sliding Sleeve with the HWB shifting tool.
`
`Open the next zone’s ZoneSelect Frac Sliding Sleeve with the HWB shifting tool and repeat the process until all zones are fraced and closed
`
`Once the Fracing is done on all zones open the ZoneSelect Frac sleeves with the HWB shifting tool. The well can now be produced. If any
`zone ever needs to be closed the the HWB shifting tool can close that zone’s respective ZoneSelect Frac sliding sleeve.
