`Introduction
`An initial conference call was held with the parties on March 8, 2017.
`In the call, the possibility of live testimony in these cases and IPR2016-
`00596, IPR2016-00597, IPR2016-00598, IPR2016-00650, IPR2016-00656,
`and IPR2016-00657 was discussed. Patent Owner indicated potential
`interest in live testimony, but stated it needed further time to decide the
`matter. Additionally, Patent Owner noted that there are outstanding
`motions, filed by Petitioner, for joinder of these cases with IPR2016-00596,
`IPR2016-00597, and IPR2016-00598, respectively. Although Patent Owner
`filed written oppositions to Petitioner’s joinder motions, Patent Owner
`indicated it is contemplating whether joinder would be appropriate.
`We indicated Patent Owner may consider these matters and report
`back. At the same time, we noted a decision on these matters will be
`necessary soon, as the hearing for IPR2016-00596, IPR2016-00597,
`IPR2016-00598, IPR2016-00650, IPR2016-00656, and IPR2016-00657 is
`scheduled for May 18, 2017. In view of the foregoing, we determine that,
`by close of business Tuesday, March 14, Patent Owner should inform us (1)
`whether Patent Owner desires live testimony in any of these cases and/or
`IPR2016-00596, IPR2016-00597, IPR2016-00598, IPR2016-00650,
`IPR2016-00656, and IPR2016-00657, and (2) whether Patent Owner wishes
`to withdraw its opposition to Petitioner’s joinder motions.

`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that, by close of business Tuesday, March 14, 2017,
