`On September 5, 2017, Novartis filed a sur-reply to identify and respond to allegedly new arguments in Par’s reply brief.
`
`Par writes now to seek permission to file a one-page table it has prepared identifying where these allegedly new
`arguments appear in the Petition and/or the arguments in Novartis’s response to which they respond. This table
`contains citations and no argument.
`
`Par has conferred with Novartis and Novartis has indicated that it will oppose such a request. If the Board feels a
`teleconference would be helpful to discuss this request, Par and Novartis are available in the afternoon of Monday,
`September 18 or any time Tuesday, September 19.
`
