`8,225,408 (“the ‘408 Patent”) has been asserted. The ’408 Patent has also been

`asserted in the following pending matters:

`Finjan, Inc. v. Palo Alto Networks, Inc., 3:14-cv-04908 (N.D. Cal.); and
`
`Finjan, Inc. v. FireEye, Inc., 4:13:cv-03133 (N.D. Cal.).
`
`Palo Alto Networks, Inc., filed petitions for inter partes review of the ‘408
`
`Patent in Case Nos. IPR2015-02001 and IPR2016-00157. The Board consolidated
`
`these cases for inter partes review on March 29, 2016. Petitioner filed two
`
`Petitioners for inter partes review of the ‘408 Patent in Case Nos. IPR2016-00955
`
`and IPR2016-00956 seeking to join this consolidated case.
`
`Proofpoint, Inc., and Armorize Technologies Inc. filed petitions for inter
`
`partes review of the ‘408 Patent in Case Nos. IPR2016-00967 and IPR2016-00970.
`
`These cases were terminated before institution.
