`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.20(b), Patent Owner Creative Technology Ltd. seeks authorization to file a motion to strike
`portions of Petitioner Sony's reply brief, certain portions of the reply declaration of Dr. Bederson (exhibit 1020) and
`exhibits 1022, 1023, and 1024 on the basis that they raise issues and arguments that are outside the proper scope of
`reply, raise new issues that could have been raised in the petition, and violate Patent Owner's due process rights.
`
`Counsel for Patent Owner has conferred with counsel for Petitioner, who opposes this motion.
`
