`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.64(b)(1), Petitioners submit the following
`
`objections to evidence served in connection with the Patent Owner’s Response by
`
`Creative Technology Limited (“Patent Owner”) on March 2, 2017. These
`
`objections have been timely filed and served within five business days of the
`
`service of evidence to which the objection is directed.
`
`Petitioners’ objections set forth in Paper No. 15 to the evidence previously
`
`submitted with the Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response (i.e., Exhibits 2001-
`
`2013) are incorporated herein by reference.
`
`Petitioners object to Exhibit 2016 as lacking completeness (FRE 106)
`
`because the license referenced in that exhibit was not introduced and the license
`
`could provide further or contradictory information.
`
`Petitioners object to Exhibits 2016 and 2018-2030 as these exhibits contain
`
`hearsay (FRE 801).
`
`Petitioners object to Exhibits 2018 and 2019 as lacking authentication (FRE
`
`901) because Patent Owner has not introduced testimony adequately identifying
`
`and authenticating this evidence.
`
