`issued on January 18, 2017, Patent Owner Godo Kaisha IP Bridge 1 (“Patent
`
`Owner”) respectfully requests the opportunity to present oral argument on
`
`the instituted grounds of unpatentability for claims 13-14 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,197,696 under 35 U.S.C. §103(a) and associated issues.
`
`
`
`The Scheduling Order provides a common date, September 12, 2017,
`
`for each of the four separate proceedings before the Panel: IPR2016-01376,
`
`IPR2016-01377, IPR2016-01378, and IPR2016-01379. To address the
`
`disputed issues across all four proceedings, Patent Owner respectfully
`
`proposes forty-five (45) minutes of total argument time for Patent Owner
`
`and forty-five (45) minutes of total argument time for Petitioners in
`
`connection with the foregoing issues and proceedings. These proceedings
`
`share certain disputed claims and prior art references.
