`Related Matters Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2)

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2), Petitioner identifies the following
`
`updates to matters that relate to U.S. Patent No. 6,331,415 (“the ’415 patent”).
`
`Petitioner states that there have been updates to the following IPR petitions for
`
`the ’415 patent: IPR2015-01624, IPR2016-00460, and IPR2016-00710. IPR2015-
`
`01624 and IPR2016-00460 were terminated on September 2, 2016. IPR2016-
`
`00710 was instituted on September 8, 2016. In addition to the aforementioned IPR
`
`petitions, Merck filed IPR2017-00047 on October 11, 2016, along with a Motion
`
`for Joinder Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 315(c) and 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.22 and 42.122(b)
`
`with IPR2016-00710. The Board has not issued an institution decision in
`
`IPR2016-00710 nor ruled on the joinder motion in IPR2017-00047.
