`Petitioner’s Objections to Patent Owner’s Demonstrative Slides
`
`A. Objection 1: Slides 8, entire slide
`
`PO’s arguments regarding “Apple’s interpretation” are new arguments not
`
`previously presented by PO.
`
`B. Objection 2: Slide 9, first two bullet points and heading
`
`PO’s arguments based on Observations 5 and 6 are new, presented for the
`
`first time in PO’s motion for observation, to which Petitioner timely objected.
`
`C. Objection 3: Slide 10, entire slide
`
`Slide 10 includes new arguments and citations to the Institution Decision not
`
`previously presented by PO.
`
`D. Objection 4: Slide 34, entire slide
`
`PO’s arguments based on Observation 4 are new, presented for the first time
`
`in PO’s motion for observation, to which Petitioner timely objected.

`E. Objection 5: Slide 35, entire slide
`
`Basis for objection 5: Slide 35 includes new arguments and citations to
