`patent”);
`
`2. The patentability of claims 1-4, 6, 23-26, and 28 of the ’571 patentin
`
`view of the references relied upon in the Petition;
`
`3. The parties’ motions to exclude;
`
`4. Respond to any issues specified by Petitioner in its request for oral
`
`argument or otherwise presented by the Petitioner; and
`
`5. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification.
`
`Immersion understands that oral argument will be held on October 5, 2017.
`
`Scheduling Order, Paper 8. Concurrently with this filing, Immersion is also
`
`requesting an oral hearing in IPR2016-01381, which is scheduled for the same day
`
`and before the same Board. Immersion respectfully requests that the oral hearing
`
`for this matter and for IPR2016-01381 be scheduled consecutively on October 5,
`
`2017.
`
`Immersion requests the ability to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for a
