`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel

`Petitioner moves for the Board to allow Mr. Scott Kamholz to
`withdraw as lead counsel in this proceeding. Paper 22, 1. We authorized
`Petitioner to file the motion by email on April 17, 2017.
`Petitioner explains that Mr. Kamholz is no longer affiliated with Foley
`Hoag LLP and Mr. Kamholz’s current firm has not been retained in this
`matter. Id. Petitioner represents that the motion is unopposed by Patent
`Owner. Id. at 2.
`Petitioner has filed a Power of Attorney appointing Ms. DeAnn Smith
`as lead counsel and Mr. William Rothwell as back-up counsel. Paper 18, 2.
`Additionally, Petitioner updated its Mandatory Notices designating Ms.
`Smith as lead counsel and Mr. Rothwell as back-up counsel. Paper 17, 2.
`Upon considering Petitioner’s motion, along with its Power of
`Attorney and updated Mandatory Notices, we grant the motion. In the
`interest of ensuring that Mr. Kamholz receives adequate notice of the actions
`conducted on his behalf, we direct Petitioner to serve this Order on Mr.
`Kamholz. Should Mr. Kamholz have any objection to this Order, he should
`contact the Board via email at Trials@uspto.gov within three days of his
`receipt of the Order.

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Scott Kamholz is considered to be
`withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner and no further filings are necessary to
`effectuate that action; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is directed to serve this Order
`on Mr. Kamholz.
