`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s email authorizing this

`motion, Petitioner hereby moves to withdraw Mr. Scott Kamholz as lead counsel
`
`in the above-captioned proceeding.
`
`The current Power of Attorney in this case covers only Ms. DeAnn
`
`Smith, a practitioner affiliated with Foley Hoag LLP, and Mr. William
`
`Rothwell. Mr. Kamholz is no longer affiliated with Foley Hoag LLP, and Mr.
`
`Kamholz’s current firm has not been retained in this matter. Consistent with
`

`the Power of Attorney previously filed in this matter, Petitioner has also

`previously filed an updated mandatory notice reflecting Ms. DeAnn Smith’s

`continued role as lead counsel and Mr. William Rothwell’s continued role as
`
`backup counsel. The previously-filed Power of Attorney (filed February 13,
`
`2017) is not revoked. Petitioner represents that it does not contemplate any
`
`change to any schedule in this matter based on this motion. Petitioner
`
`represents that it has consulted with Patent Owner, and understands that Patent
`
`Owner does not oppose this motion.
