`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s email authorizing this

`motion, Patent Owner hereby moves to withdraw Mr. J. Steven Baughman and Ms.
`
`Megan F. Raymond as backup counsel in the above-captioned proceeding.
`
`The Power of Attorney in this case covers only practitioners of Ropes &
`
`Gray. Mr. Baughman is no longer affiliated with Ropes & Gray, and Ms.
`
`Raymond will no longer be affiliated with Ropes & Gray as of February 20,
`
`2017. Mr. Baughman is no longer with Ropes & Gray, Mr. Baughman’s current
`
`firm has not been retained in this matter. Consistent with the Power of Attorney
`
`
`
`previously filed in this matter, Patent Owner is concurrently filing an updated
`
`IPR2016-01370
`U.S. Patent 8,664,231
`
`
`mandatory notice reflecting Mr. James Haley’s continued role as lead counsel and
`
`Mr. Brian Gummow’s continued role as backup counsel. Both of these individuals
`
`are affiliated with Ropes & Gray, and the previously-filed Power of Attorney is not
`
`revoked. Patent Owner represents that it does not contemplate any change to any
`
`schedule in this matter based on this motion. Patent Owner represents that it has
`
`consulted with Petitioner, and understands that Petitioner does not oppose this
`
`
`

`
`motion.
