`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel
`37 C.F.R. §§ 42.5, 42.10(e)

`Petitioner moves for the Board to allow Ms. DeAnn F. Smith to
`
`withdraw as lead counsel in this proceeding. Paper 52, 2. We authorized
`
`Petitioner to file the motion by e-mail on October 27, 2017. Petitioner
`
`represents that the motion is unopposed by Patent Owner. Id.
`
`Petitioner states that it wishes for current back-up counsel Mr.
`
`William P. Rothwell to serve as lead counsel and current back-up counsel
`
`Mr. Kayvan B. Noroozi to remain as back-up counsel, and be the only
`
`representatives for Petitioner going forward in this proceeding. Id.
`
`Petitioner further states that it will file an updated power of attorney and
`
`mandatory notices upon grant of the motion. Id. at 3.
`
`
`
`Upon considering Petitioner’s motion, it is granted. Should Ms.
`
`Smith have any objection to this Order, she should contact the Board via e-
`
`mail at Trials@uspto.gov within three days of this order.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Counsel is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. DeAnn F. Smith is considered to
`
`have withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner, and no further filings are
`
`necessary to effectuate that action; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file updated mandatory
`
`notices within twenty-one days of this order in accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`
`§ 42.8(a)(3).
