`2. Whether claims 1-14 of the ’360 Patent are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C.

`§ 103 over Terentieva, Webster (“Oxidation Protection Coatings for C/SiC Based
`
`on Yttrium Silicate,” J. Eur. Ceramic Soc’y, 18 (1998) 2345-2350), Suzuki
`
`(“Improvement in Mechanical Properties of Powder-Processed MoSi2 by the
`
`Addition of Sc2O3 and Y2O3,” J. Am. Ceramic Soc’y, Vol. 18, No. 12 (Dec. 1998)
`
`3141-3149), and allegedly admitted prior art.
`
`Patent Owner requests no more than one hour per side of oral argument
`
`time. The Board has already scheduled Oral Hearing for September 18, 2017. See
