`The Board instituted this inter parties review on January 3, 2017 (Paper 10,
`
`1; Paper 12, 1). In the institution decision, the Board ordered that the Petitioner
`
`file an affidavit attesting to the accuracy of the translation of Hon ‘043 (Ex. 1002,
`
`Hon ‘043; Ex. 1003, English translation of Hon ‘043), as in compliance with 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.63(b) and as defined by 37 C.F.R. §§ 1.68 and 42.2 (Paper 10, 6,
`
`Footnote 1).
`
`The Petitioner herewith submits as Ex. 1019 an updated translator
`
`declaration including a statement indicating that the declarant was warned “that
`
`willful false statements and the like are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or
`
`both” together with the English translation of Hon ‘043. The English translation of
`
`Hon ‘043 in Ex. 1019 is identical to the English translation of Hon ‘043 in Ex.
`
`1003. The only difference between Ex. 1019 and Ex. 1003 is the updated
`
`translator declaration in Ex. 1019 replaces the translator’s certificate in Ex. 1003.
`
`An updated Exhibit List is also filed herewith.
