`based interface;

`initiating the sending of a request to establish a second call at the controlling device,
`without yet answering the first incoming call, at the tandem access controller in accordance with
`the control criteria associated with the specified recipient; and
`
`connectinganswering the first andincoming call at the tandem access controller when the
`second calls at the controlling device after the second call is receivedanswered by a
`communication device associated with the specified recipient.; and
`
`connecting the first incoming call and the second call at the tandem access controller after
`the second call is received and answered by the communication device associated with the
`specified recipient.
