`his declarations submitted in IPR2016-01249. Dr. Harris’ deposition will take

`place, as agreed by counsel for the parties, on May 5th, 2017, at the office of

`Greenblum & Bernstein PLC, 1950 Roland Clarke Place, Reston, Virginia 20191.
`
`The deposition will begin at 9:00 a.m. (EST).
`
`The cross examination will take place before a Notary Public or other officer

`authorized by law to administer oaths, to be arranged for by counsel for Petitioner.

`The cross examination will be recorded using at least stenographic means.
