`Subject: IPR2016-01243: Oral Hearing Notice
`
`Dear Trial Board:
`
`Patent Owner Legend3D, Inc. recently made a good faith effort to resolve the dispute with
`Petitioner Prime Focus Creative Services Canada Inc. surrounding the ’793 patent that is the
`subject of IPR2016-01243. Unable to resolve the dispute, and in the interest of preserving
`resources, Legend3D, Inc. has decided to rest on its papers in IPR2016-01243 and save the
`
`

`

`expense of participating in the oral hearing currently scheduled for September 14, 2017.
`
`Accordingly, by this email Legend3D, Inc. hereby notifies the Board that it will no longer
`need the 60 minutes the board allocated to Legend3D Inc. for the hearing of September 14,
`2017. Although Legend3D, Inc. will not be in attendance, it thanks the Board for offering it
`the opportunity to be heard.
`
`Please feel free to reach out to either myself or Daniel Yannuzzi with any questions or
`concerns.
`
`Thank you,
`
