`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner Prime Focus Creative Services

`Canada Inc. (“Prime Focus”) requests an oral hearing in this matter. In particular,
`
`Prime Focus requests 120 minutes of total argument time to address the following
`
`issues (without any intent to waive consideration of any issue not expressly
`
`requested):
`
`1. The invalidity of Claims 1-20 of the challenged ‘793 Patent in view of
`
`the references relied upon in the Petition;
`
`2. Patent Owner’s misconduct in this proceeding with respect to
`
`arguments relating to priority and claim construction, as well as the
`
`applicability of 37 C.F.R. § 42.12 for such misconduct;
`
`3. The invalidity of the proposed amended claims set forth in the Motion
`
`to Amend (Paper 41);
`
`4. Patent Owner’s motion to exclude, if any;
`
`5. Any issues specified by Patent Owner in its request for oral argument
`
`or otherwise presented by the Patent Owner; and
`
`6. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification.
`
`Prime Focus understands that oral argument will be held on Thursday,
`
`September 14, 2017. Paper No. 15. Prime Focus requests the ability to use
`
`audio/visual equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a
`
`projector and screen for a PowerPoint display. In accordance with the Trial
