`Petitioner Prime Focus Creative Services Canada Inc. is a wholly owned

`subsidiary of Prime Focus World N.V. which is ultimately in turn majority owned
`
`by Indian public company Prime Focus Limited.

`IPR2016-01491 (regarding U.S. Patent No. 9,286,941, a continuation-

`in-part of the ‘793 Patent challenged in this proceeding).

`Patent Owner has additionally identified a number of issued patents and patent

`applications that are related to the ‘793 Patent challenged in this proceeding. Paper
`

`Out of an abundance of caution, the same two parties are also involved in

`IPR2016-00806 (U.S. Patent No. 8,922,628). Petitioner in this proceeding is the

`patent owner in IPR2016-00806. The ‘628 Patent is also the subject of a reissue
`
`application, which is currently stayed.
`
`There are no other pending judicial or administrative matters related to the
`
`patent-at-issue.
