`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner, Legend3D, Inc., by and through

`its attorneys, will conduct cross-examination by deposition of David Forsyth, Ph.D.
`
`By agreement of the parties, Mr. Forsyth’s deposition will take place on March 20,
`
`2017, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (local time) or as soon thereafter as practicable, and,
`
`if necessary, will continue on March 21, 2017, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (local time)
`
`or as soon thereafter as practicable. By agreement of the parties, Mr. Forsyth’s
`
`deposition will take place at Esquire Deposition Solutions, 633 West 5th Street, 50th
`
`Floor, Los Angeles, California 90071.
`
`The cross-examination will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape, videotape,
`
`and stenographic means pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(a).
`
