`On January 17, 2017, 12:00 PM Eastern Time an Initial Conference
`Call in this proceeding was held pursuant to the Office Patent Trial Practice
`Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756, 48765-66 (August 14, 2012). Patent Owner
`Legend3D, Inc. ("Legend3D") and Petitioner Prime Focus Creative Services
`Canada Inc. (“Prime Focus”) (together, the “Parties”) provide the following
`stipulation regarding modifications to the current Scheduling Order. These
`modifications have been discussed and agreed to by the Parties during the
`Initial Conference Call with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
`The Parties hereby stipulate to extend DUE DATE 1 in relation to the
`Patent Owner’s Response to the Petition, and the Patent Owner’s Motion to
`Amend the Patent from the original date of March 16, 2017 to March 27,
`2017.
`The Parties further stipulate to extend DUE DATE 2 for Petitioner’s
`Reply to Patent Owner’s Response to the Petition, and Petitioner’s
`Opposition to Motion to Amend from the original date of June 16, 2017 to
`June 23, 2017.
`All other dates remain unchanged.
`
