`by deposition of Dr. Jonathon Wells. Dr. Wells’s deposition will take place at 9:00
`
`a.m. ET on March 21, 2017, at the office of Fish and Richardson P.C., 1425 K

`Street, NW, Washington, D.C., 20005, or at such other time and place to which the
`
`parties may agree or which may be ordered by the Board, and will continue day to
`
`day until completed.

`The cross-examination will be taken before a court reporter or other officer

`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using audiotape and/or
