`On July 14, 2017, a conference call was held between counsel for the parties
`and Judges Easthom, Boucher, and Smith. Patent Owner provided a court reporter
`and stated that it will file the transcript in due course.
`Patent Owner initiated the conference call to address what it contends are
`new evidence and new arguments raised in Petitioner’s Reply (Paper 30).
`Petitioner opposed, asserting that Petitioner did not make new arguments or
`present new evidence in the Reply.
`The Board denied Patent Owner authorization to file a motion to strike. The
`Board authorizes Patent Owner to raise this issue at the Oral Hearing.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that authorization to file a motion to strike is denied.
