`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner submits this Request for Oral
`
`Argument on all the instituted grounds of unpatentability for U.S. Patent No.
`
`5,850,482 (see Decision (Paper 14) at 44), which encompass each of the claim
`
`construction and patentability issues addressed in Petitioner’s Petition (Paper 2) and
`
`Reply (Paper 30), Patent Owner’s Response (Paper 27), and all exhibits to the
`
`foregoing, including declarations and deposition transcripts. The issues to be
`
`addressed include:
`
` The patentability of claims 1–3, 5–14, 16, 17, 22–26, 28, and 29 of the
`
`’482 patent under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Kato;
`
` The patentability of claims 1–3, 5–14, 16, 17, 22–26, 28, and 29 of the
`
`’482 patent under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Fiala, Fazel, and Fazel ’622;
`
` The issues raised by Patent Owner in its Request for Rehearing (Paper 16),
`
`which was denied in a March 15, 2017 Decision (Paper 26), and in Patent
`
`Owner’s proposed motion to strike portions of Petitioner’s Reply, for which the
`
`Board denied leave during a telephonic hearing on July 14, 2017;
`
` Any related claim construction or patentability issues addressed in Petitioner’s
`
`Petition and Reply, Patent Owner’s Response to the Petition, and/or any
`
`exhibits to any of the foregoing, including declarations and deposition
`
`transcripts.

`Additionally, Petitioner will address any issues raised by any motion to exclude that

`may be filed by Patent Owner.
`
`Petitioner requests thirty minutes of oral argument time for its side. The Board

`has already scheduled Oral Argument for August 24, 2017. (Scheduling Order (Paper
`
`15) at 8.)
`
`Petitioner authorizes the Board or the Commissioner to charge the cost of any
`
`fees due in connection with the filing of this document to Deposit Account No.
