`Hi John:
`The Following folders have been uploaded to your servers via FTP.
`I would suggest you first go through the Directories in the following order:
`1) Presentations Directory,
`2) Whitepapers Directory, then
`3) Feature Plans section
`There is a whole lot more documentation available as well right down to the code level, but I thought I'd
`give you the easy stuff first !!(cid:1) :-)(cid:1) The most important document in the Whitepapers directory is the
`DF_Technology_Overview_June 05.pdf.(cid:1) I edited this over the weekend and put references to the feature
`plans at the bottom of each page where it made the most sense so that you would have some reference
`point for the the other docs.
`Also included is a directory of relevant RFC's along with an index explaining their significance to what
`we're working on.
`Sincerely Yours

`Mr Ridler:
`Thanks again for taking time to meet with us last week.(cid:1) I quite enjoyed meeting you and your team.
`As requested, I've signed and faxed back the documentation sent to us on Friday of last week thus I
`believe we should be ready to go.(cid:1)(cid:1) I've also instructed my staff in Canada to initiate the funds transfer
`from there for the initial deposit.(cid:1) Can I please get you to assist in this process by sending us an
`invoice as well as this will speed things up as well.
`Re the review:
`Is there an FTP site that you wish me to transfer the stuff into? or should I just begin emailing them
`somewhere?(cid:1) Please advise.(cid:1) There is quite a bit of content and more coming as I dig through our
`drives for pertinent information, catalog it and present it.(cid:1) Some of our documentation goes back 8
`years and is only partially relevant so I'll be editing it this week as necessary to make them more easily
`understood.(cid:1)
`Thank you.

`
`Mike Bowerman has been in touch today and agreed to the Smart421 proposal for the Digifonica VoIP review. The necessary paperwork
`is being cleared and exchanged today. Can I suggest that you phone Mike and agree the initial meetings for phase one of the review
`activity. I believe that Clay Perreault has already pulled together some of the relevant documentation that you will require.
