`Voip-Pal Issues a Correction to its Press Release of September 18th 2017

`January 12, 2018January 12, 2018 -- Voip-Pal.com Inc. (“Voip-Pal”, “Company”) (OTCQB: VPLM) posted a series of letters on September 18th 2017 authored by former
`
`Chairman and CEO, Dr. Thomas Sawyer, on its Company website, www.voip-pal.com. The letters were written by Dr. Sawyer in consultation with Voip-
`Pal management between May and August of this year and were sent to various government appointed and elected officials, including judges and
`directors at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), cabinet secretaries, and specific members
`of congress. Many of the addressees of the letters are personal friends and or acquaintances of Dr. Sawyer, who has spent a significant portion of his
