`On June 10, 2016, we served on you our client’s Petition for Inter Partes Review of United
`States Patent No. 8,894,066 Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §§ 311-319, 37 C.F.R. § 42 (the “Petition”).
`We recently noticed in the Petition that there is a clerical error that we need to correct pursuant to
`37 C.F.R. § 104(c). When listing the real parties-in-interest, we did not include Smallworks, LLC.
`This was a clerical error. Smallworks, LLC was identified as a defendant in the lawsuit in the next
`section.

`Before we contact the Board on this matter, I would like to know whether you will oppose
`our motion to correct this clerical error. At this point, there is no prejudice to your client due to
`the clerical error, your client obviously knows about Smallworks, LLC and its interest in the case,
`and we identified Smallworks, LLC as a defendant in the lawsuit in the Petition.

`Please let me know by Wednesday, June 29, 2016, if your client will oppose our motion
`under 37 C.F.R. § 104(c). If you need more time to consider this request, then please let me know.
`Also, if you would like to discuss this matter by phone, please let me know and we will schedule
`a time to discuss this matter.
