`this Motion for Withdrawal of Bob Starr and Carol Ansley as Back-Up Counsels. In

`support of this Motion, Petitioner shows the Board the following:
`

`1.
`
`Bob Starr, having appeared in the above-captioned case as one of
`
`three back-up counsels on behalf of Petitioner, is no longer employed with ARRIS
`
`GROUP INC. and will no longer act as counsel for Petitioner in this action.
`
`2.
`
`Carol Ansley, having appeared in the above-captioned case as one of
`
`three back-up counsels on behalf of Petitioner, is no longer employed with ARRIS
`
`GROUP INC. and will no longer act as counsel for Petitioner in this action.
`
`3.
`
`Petitioner will continue to be represented by Charles Griggers as lead
`
`counsel and Dan Gresham as back-up counsel, both of Thomas Horstemeyer, LLP.
`
`4.
`
`The withdrawal of Mr. Starr and Ms. Ansley as back-up counsels for
`
`Petitioner will not delay the proceedings in this matter.
`
`5.
`
`The undersigned counsel for Petitioner has confirmed that Patent
`
`Owner, TQ Delta, LLC, does not object to the withdrawal of Mr. Starr and Ms.
`
`Ansley.
`
