`The Board has scheduled an oral hearing for this proceeding for September 5,

`2017. Paper 14. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 (a), requiring a separate paper
`
`requesting oral hearing and specifying issues to be argued, and the Scheduling Order,
`
`Patent Owner Parthenon Unified Memory Architecture LLC, submits this Request
`
`for Oral Hearing on the instituted grounds of unpatentability for U.S. Patent No.
`
`5,812,789. The issues to be argued include the instituted grounds of rejection as well
`
`as any other issues raised in the present proceeding.
`

`
`The Board has scheduled this proceeding for concurrent hearings with two
`
`other proceedings, IPR2016-01114 and IPR2016-01121. Paper 8. Patent Owner
`
`respectfully requests that the parties be allotted 1 hour per side to present arguments
`
`for all three proceedings. The Patent Owner further requests that each party be
`
`permitted to allocate its designated 1 hour time to each of the three proceedings as it
`
`sees fit.
`

`
`Patent Owner hereby requests that, in addition to lead and back-up counsel,
`
`one space be reserved at the Oral Hearing to accommodate its counsel and corporate
`
`representatives, and that a projector be available for use.
