`A. Real Party-In-Interest – 37 CFR § 42.8(b)(1) - Unchanged.
`
`B. Related Matters – 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2)
`
`On Monday, October 16, 2017, Judge Bryson ruled on Allergan’s motion to
`
`join the Tribe as a co-plaintiff in the case styled Allergan, Inc. & Saint Regis
`
`Mohawk Tribe v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., et al, 15-cv-1455, Dkt. 522
`
`(E.D. Tex.). Judge Bryson noted that “[i]f the assignment to the Tribe is valid, the
`
`Tribe should be added as a co-plaintiff. If the Assignment to the tribe is invalid, it
`
`would not be necessary to add the Tribe as a co-plaintiff.” Id. at 8. Judge Bryson
`
`then added the Tribe as a co-plaintiff. Id. at 10.
`
`That same day, Judge Bryson also issued a Final Judgment (Dkt. 524)
`
`finding the asserted claims invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 103:
