`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., by

`and through its attorneys, will conduct examination by deposition of Mayssa Attar,

`Ph.D. Dr. Attar’s deposition will take place commencing at 9:00AM (local time)

`on June 22, 2017, continuing day-to-day if necessary, at the offices of Gibson

`Dunn & Crutcher LLP, 3161 Michelson Dr, Irvine, CA 92612, or at another
`
`location mutually agreeable to the parties. The deposition will be taken before a
`
`Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths and will be
`
`recorded using stenographic means. The arrangement for the reporter will be made
`
`by counsel for Petitioner.
