`DUE DATE 3 is no longer applicable because Patent Owner will not be

`filing a motion to amend. All other DUE DATES in the Board’s Scheduling Order
`
`(Paper 10) will remain the same. This paper is being filed with the approval of
`
`counsel for Petitioner.
