`
`

`

`On May 31, 2016, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Ltd. and Dr. Reddy’s
`
`Laboratories, Inc. (“Petitioners”) filed their Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 8,603,514 (“Petition,” Paper No. 1), seeking inter partes review of
`
`claims 1, 2, 3, 9, 15, 62, 63, 64, 65, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, and 75 of the U.S. Patent
`
`No. 8,603,514. On December 5, 2016, the Board issued an order denying
`
`institution of this proceeding (Paper No. 14).
`
`On January 3, 2017, Petitioners filed a Request for Rehearing under 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.71(d) (Paper No. 15) requesting the Board reconsider its Decision and
`
`to institute trial on Petitioners’ Petition. On March 22, 2017, the Board issued an
`
`order denying the Request for Rehearing under 37 CF.R. § 42.71 (Paper No. 16).
`
`Accordingly, Petitioners hereby request a refund of $14,000 for the Post-
`
`Institution Fee for the fifteen (15) claims for which Petitioners sought review under
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a)(2) ($14,000), which was submitted with the filing of the
`
`Petition.
`
`Payment of the $14,000 Post-Institution Request Fee was processed through
`
`the PRPS (now known as PTAB E2E) on May 31, 2016, and was charged to the
`
`undersigned’s Deposit Account, No. 06-1130. Upon review and approval of this
`
`request, Petitioners respectfully request that the Board credit the Post-Institution
`
`Fees to our Deposit Account No. 06-1130.
