`Pursuant to the requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(2), the undersigned

`states that the real-party-in-interest in connection with Case IPR2016-01109 is
`
`Sentegra, LLC (“Sentegra”). Sentegra is the patent owner of all right, title, and
`
`interest in the challenged U.S. Patent No. 8,706,627 (“the ‘627 Patent”) by virtue
`
`of assignment of rights (“Assignment”) from Jon B. Shore (the ‘627 Patent’s
`
`inventor), Sentegra Ltd., and Imtec Inc. The Assignment was recorded with the
`
`U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on October 30, 2014 at Reel No. 34102, Frame
`
`No. 165.
`
`II. Related Matters Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2)
`
`In addition to the pending litigations identified by the Petitioner, Unified
`
`Patents Inc. (“Petitioner”) on page 2 of its petition for inter partes review of the
`
`‘627 Patent (the “Petition”), Sentegra identifies the additional pending litigations:
`
`Sentegra, LLC v. Asus Computer Int’l, No. 1:16-cv-00132-MSK-MJW (D. Colo.
`
`Jan. 19, 2016) and Sentegra, LLC v. Asus Computer Int’l, No. 3:16-cv-03136-
`
`WHA (N.D. Cal. May 15, 2015). The latter action pending in the Northern
`
`District of California resulted from an order dated June 1, 2016 by the United
`
`States District Court for the Southern District of New York transferring Sentegra,
`
`LLC v. Asus Computer Int’l, No. 1:15-cv-03768 (S.D.N.Y. May 15, 2015).
