`Friday, June 27, 2016.

`Petitioners Wockhardt and Amneal filed motions to join IPR2015-
`
`01340. IPR2016-01029, Paper 3; IPR2016-01104, Paper 4. AstraZenica
`
`filed Oppositions to these motions. IPR2016-01029, Paper 8; IPR2016-
`
`01104, Paper 12. During the teleconference, Petitioners Wockhardt, and
`
`Amneal represented that they reached an agreement with Petitioner Mylan as
`
`to the level of cooperation that will take place if we grant the motions for
`
`joinder in IPR2016-01029 and IPR2016-001104. Patent Owner represented
`
`that it seeks certain “safeguards” if these motions for joinder are granted.

`IT IS:
`

`
`ORDERED that all four parties in IPR2016-01340, IPR2016-01029,
`
`and IPR2016-01104 submit a joint stipulation explaining the agreement
`
`between Petitioners Mylan, Wockhardt, and Amneal with respect to the level
`
`of cooperation that will be maintained if the motions for joinder are granted
`
`IPR2016-01029, and IPR2016-01104. If Patent Owner AstraZenica requests
`
`a particular agreement as to the level of cooperation, to which Petitioner(s)
`
`do not agree, the joint stipulation should note such disagreement with a brief
`
`explanation. Such joint stipulation shall be filed by July 1, 2016.
