`26, 2016, Roxane is aware of, inter alia, the following related proceeding Novartis

`v. Roxane, C.A. No. 14-1196-RGA. The subject of this proceeding includes an
`
`abbreviated new drug application (“ANDA”) which was submitted by Roxane.
`
`Roxane has transferred ownership of the ANDA to West-Ward
`
`Pharmaceuticals International Limited, having an address at 1 New Burlington
`
`Place, London, W1S 2JD, United Kingdom, a subsidiary of Hikma
`
`Pharmaceuticals, PLC. Accordingly, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1) Roxane, in
`
`an abundance of caution, identifies West-Ward Pharmaceuticals International
`
`Limited as an additional entity that is a real-party-in-interest who, going forward,
`
`may have control over this proceeding.
