`incompressible drilling fluid having a density less than that of the base fluid used.
`• Primary engineer for project team identifying new drilling technologies for application in the
`Greater Green River Basin of SW Wyoming and Northern Colorado and determined impact of

`• Originated novel application of plasma arc technology. Proposal pending before the U.S. DOE
