`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s November 30, 2016

`Scheduling Order (Paper 15), Petitioners respectfully request that the Board hear

`oral argument on the instituted grounds of unpatentability in this proceeding.
`
`Petitioners request that the each party be allocated 30 minutes for oral
`
`argument.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioners specify the following issues to
`
`be argued:
`
`1. Claims 1-13, 22, and 23 are rendered obvious by the combination
`
`of Johnson and Kino;
`
`2. Claims 1-3, 6-9, 12, 13, and 17-23 are rendered obvious by the
`
`combination of Gustafsson, Ramstack, and the Handbook; and
`
`3. Any motion to exclude or other motion or paper filed concurrently
`
`with or subsequent to this request.
`
`Petitioners request the ability to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits and evidence of record, including a computer connectable
`
`projector and screen.
