`Granting Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Mr. Fahrenkrog and Mr. Linden
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10

`Patent Owner has filed Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Aaron
`R. Fahrenkrog and Benjamen C. Linden. Papers 9 and 10. The motions are
`supported by declarations of Mr. Fahrenkrog and Mr. Linden. Both

`declarations are attached to the respective motions. Id.1 Petitioner did not
`file an opposition to either motion during the requisite time period.
`The Board has reviewed the submissions and determines that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to
`admit Mr. Fahrenkrog and Mr. Linden pro hac vice.
`
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission
`of Aaron R. Fahrenkrog and Benjamen C. Linden are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Fahrenkrog and Mr. Linden are
`authorized to represent Patent Owner only as back-up counsel in the instant
`proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Fahrenkrog and Mr. Linden shall
`comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of
`Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Fahrenkrog and Mr. Linden shall be
`subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a)
`and the Office’s Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§
`11.101–11.901.
