`The ’483 patent has been asserted against Petitioner in the District of Utah
`
`(Corel Software LLC v. Microsoft Corporation, 2:15-cv-00528). The complaint
`
`was filed on 7/27/2015. The ’483 patent is also the subject of a concurrently filed
`
`IPR petition IPR2016-01083 by Petitioner challenging claims of the ’483 patent
`
`based on different grounds. Also, Petitioner filed IPR petitions IPR2016-01085 and
`
`IPR2016-01086 challenging claims of a related U.S. Pat. No. 8,700,996.
`
