`On May 24, 2016, Unified Patents Inc. (Petitioner) filed a petition for inter
`
`partes review of claims 1, 2, 7, 27, 28, 29, 34, 54, 72, 73, 74, 92, 93 and 111 of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 8,542,815. Paper No. 1. The Board denied institution in Paper
`
`No. 8, dated November 18, 2016. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(b)(2), the
`
`post-institution fees paid at the time of filing should be returned. Petitioner hereby
`
`requests a refund of $14,000 for the post-institution fees in the case of IPR2016-
`
`01082.
`
`The payment was provided via credit card and processed in PRPS on May
`
`24, 2016. Upon review and approval of this request, we respectfully request the
`
`Board credit the requested amount to Petitioner. The amount may be (1) deposited
`
`into PTO Account No. 50-6990; or (2) credited to the American Express account
`
`from which payment was provided (card number ending 2001). If more
`
`information is necessary to provide payment, please contact counsel listed below.
