`Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(l)(A)(ii), PlaintiffM2M Solutions LLC and Defendants

`Motorola Solutions, Inc., Telit Communications, PLC, and Telit Wireless Solutions Inc. hereby
`
`stipulate to dismiss this action in its entirety, with prejudice. Each side is to bear its own costs,
`
`expenses, and attorneys' fees.
`
`The parties agree that any claim constructions that were decided in this case and are used
`
`in any future litigation between the parties will be appealable in that future litigation.
`
`By their present Joint Stipulation, the parties hereto do not intend to prejudice or impact
`
`in any manner whatsoever any substantive or procedural rights that PlaintiffM2M Solutions
`
`LLC may have in other related cases 12-030-RGA; 12-032-RGA; and/or 12-034-RGA.
