`1 This Order addresses an issue pertaining to both cases. Therefore, we exercise our
`discretion to issue one Order to be filed in each case.

`The Board held a conference call with Petitioner and Patent Owner on July 6,
`
`2017 to discuss Patent Owner’s request for a motion for routine discovery, and,
`
`alternatively, additional discovery. Patent Owner will provide the court reporter’s
`
`transcript of the conference call as an exhibit, as soon as the transcript is available.
`
`Per the conference, it is:

`ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file a Motion for Discovery under 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.51(b)(1), and, alternatively, under 37 C.F.R. § 42.51(b)(2);
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s additional briefing shall not
`
`exceed seven pages and is due no later than July 14, 2017;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is authorized to file a reply to Patent
`
`Owner’s additional briefing, where Petitioner’s reply shall not exceed seven pages
`
`and is due no later than July 21, 2017; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file a transcript of the July 6,
`
`2017, conference call as an exhibit.
