`partes review of claims 1-3, 10, 12, and 15-18 of U.S. Patent No. 7,787,904 (Paper

`No. 1). The Board entered Judgment (Paper No. 6, dated June 21, 2016), granting

`Patent Owner’s request for adverse judgment. In accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`
`§ 42.15(b)(2), the post-institution fees paid at the time of filing should be returned.
`
`Petitioner hereby requests a refund of $14,000 for the post-institution fees in the
`
`case of IPR2015-00998.
`
`The payment was provided via credit card and processed in PRPS on May 4,

`2016. Upon review and approval of this request, we respectfully request the Board
