`'235 Patent") under PTAB Case IPR2016-00976, FatPipe, Inc. hereby notifies the

`Patent Trial and Appeal Board that Patent Owner, FatPipe Networks India Limited,
`
`has given an exclusive license of the '235 Patent to FatPipe, Inc. and FatPipe, Inc.
`
`has the sole and exclusive right and obligation to defend the ‘235 patent and to
`
`control the defense, including the sole and exclusive right to select and retain counsel
`
`to defend the ‘235 patent. FatPipe, Inc. further notifies the Board that Patent Owner
`
`FatPipe Networks India Limited consents to FatPipe, Inc.’s defense of the ‘235 patent
`
`in PTAB Case IPR2016-00976 and litigation.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §42.8(a)(2), exclusive licensee FatPipe, Inc. submits
`
`the following Mandatory Notices within 21 days of service of the above IPR
`
`petition.
